Sales Policy: Only buy or bid on items you intend to pay for. Payment must be received within seven days. After seven days, an Unpaid Item Dispute will be opened and the item will be relisted.
Shipping Details: We are centrally located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The majority of the time our items ship within twenty-four hours after payment is received. We do not generally ship on weekends or holidays. We primarily ship through the United States Postal Service. All items under thirteen ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail and items over this weight will be shipped Priority Mail. All international items under four pounds will be shipped via First Class Mail International and items over four pounds will be shipped via Priority Mail International. We sometimes do ship through FedEx or UPS if their rates are lower. We will state this in the auction terms so that you know how we will be ship the item. Local pickup are not available on our items.

Payment Details: PayPal is our only accepted form of payment. You can create a PayPal account for no charge and pay with either a credit card or a transfer from a bank account. Bank transfers sometimes take a couple of days to clear and items will not be shipped until payment is received.
Feedback: As soon as we receive payment from you, our system will automatically leave your positive feedback. We hope that when you receive your item that you will do the same for us. Please contact us before you leave negative or neutral feedback so that we can fix any problem you might have. We always strive for "five star" feedback.
Returns: We strive to describe our items as best as we can. We also try to inspect all items before shipping to insure that they are in working order before they are shipped to you. Sometimes we do make mistakes in the listings and are fully prepared to make things right with the buyer. For this reason, we have a seven-day return policy. Within seven days of receiving your order, you must contact us if there is a problem with your order. We will then decide whether to ship a replacement or issue a refund. If the item was as described, but you decide to return it then you, the buyer, must pay shipping both ways and only the price of the item itself will be refunded.
Communication: We try to keep you, the buyer, informed about your item status. For this reason, we will send multiple emails out to you. An email will be sent when you purchase the item, a payment reminder if payment is not paid, and an email when we have received your payment. After the item is shipped, you will receive an email to let you know that we have shipped the order.
