Banner Historical Flag
The Star Spangled Banner: This Flag became the Official United States Flag on May 1st,1795. Two stars were added for the admission of Vermont (the 14th State on March 4th, 1791) and Kentucky (the 15th State on June 1st, 1792, and was to last for 23 years. The five Presidents who served under this flag were; George Washington (1789-1797), John Adams (1797-1801), Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809), James Madison (1809-1817), and James Monroe (1817-1825). The 15-star, 15-stripe flag was authorized by the Flag Act of January 13, 1794, adding 2 stripes and 2 Stars. The regulation went into effect on May 1, 1795. This flag was the only U.S. Flag to have more than 13 stripes. It was immortalized by Francis Scott Key during the bombardment of Fort McHenry, Sept 13, 1814. Flag is of man-made materials and has two reinforced brass grommets for hanging from a flag pole.

US only will ship with Delivery Confirmation.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
We usually ship within 5 Shipping Days of receipt of cleared payment.
We only ship Tuesday through Friday so please allow at least two weeks for delivery and bid accordingly.
Contact us for combined shipping on multiple items PRIOR to paying. Once items are paid for they no longer qualify for Combined Shipping.
We charge a Handling Fee on all shipments and it is included in the shipping charge.
PLEASE NOTE: During Rendezvous Season (early Spring through late Fall) we are frequently out of town attending various events. This may result in delays in responding to your correspondence and delays in shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
We MUST have a telephone number for International Shipping in order to print the Shipping Label.
Not all items can be shipped to all countries. If international shipping is not an option on an auction then we are unable to ship that particular item internationally. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions!
We will not mark Customs forms as gifts.
Buyers are responsible for any Customs tax or charges.
RETURNS:
All returns must be pre-approved by Seller.
If an item is returned without Sellers pre-approval REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN!
We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction.
The buyer must return the item within 14 days before receiving refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
We do not refund shipping/handling charges.
FEEDBACK:
We use feedback software that automatically returns feedback. This assures that we do not miss leaving feedback for Buyers that have left feedback for us.
