This document is HUGE from 1786.One that is very interesting to look at.Appears to be a land indenture for Chester County,Pa.,in 1786! Vellum document, all handwritten, highly frameable! Has some very early signatures! From 222 years ago! Very fine supple condition. This was signed and received by Judge George Bryan. He lived from 1731-1791.He was a very early Revolutionary War figure from pennsylvania. Was 1st Vice President of Pa.,after the Rev.War.He was our 2nd Governor and a lawyer and Jurist being in the Supreme Court in Pa.,Nice Pa.,historical document.Signed in two places by him.Mnay other signatures to research as well. This is missing a small part.Probably when document left the hands of the owner they removed the seal. This is a very fine condition document.Signed by one of our first Governors and one of the original Supreme courts Justices of our Independence! The George Bryan signature to the bottom front is preceeded by his title in the above paragraph above his signature. It is his own handwriting and reads,"The ninth day of October 1786 before me George Bryan Esquire, one of the Justices of the Supreme court of Pennsylvania etc,,etc...This is another signature I did not count. So this is very cool! Probably one-of-a-kind documents here. If you like my documents.Check out what else we found out and about. You would want to look into all my other auctions as well!
