page measures 10 1/4 x 16 and is in excellent near mint condition with exception of 1/4 tear to bottom margin

USPS Priority Mail International All items over $25.00 US must be shipped Priority because insurance and delivery confirmation is available (up to certain limits established by the Postal Service). Priority is more expensive than First Class but, once shipped, most items arrive in 6-10 days.
USPS Express Mail International Express is the fastest way to send packages internationally. Once shipped, most items arrive in 3-5 days. Delivery confirmation and insurance is available up to certain limits established by the Postal Service.
Return Policy:
