These button covers are in good condition. Each button cover is ceramic. The button hole and latch is metal. Each button cover is about 1 1/2" tall, and the button hole in the back is about 1/2" in diameter. It has a latch to close. To use it, simply open the latch just a little but, place the latch opening between the thread and the botton, then close it.
It is great for any article of clothing for the holidays.
