Due to the variety of items we sell, shipping charges are often difficult to estimate at the time of listing. We make our best effort, but will occasionally estimate slightly low or high. After you win a bid, we carefully pack your item, weigh it, and invoice you based on the actual weight of the item and packaging. YOUR ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES MAY BE DIFFERENT THAN THE AMOUNT ESTIMATED AT THE TIME OF LISTING, usually not by much.
If we ever make a mistake and overcharge you for shipping (actual cost vs. invoiced amount), please LET US KNOW. We try to cross-check and make refunds ourselves when this happens, but occasionally we miss one.
If you want to have something shipped differently than our estimate - either more quickly or less expensively - please let us know. We will do what we can to accommodate you.
We're not a large retailer who sells thousands of the same item. We are an average couple, selling unique items from our own collection, and are not immune to errors. We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable, and we will always answer your questions or concerns in a timely manner. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We are happy to ship internationally! Please note, however, that due to the numerous challenges involved, we must insist that buyers outside the US and Canada contact us before bidding. Because the lowest-cost shipping options do not offer tracking or insurance, we can only ship via US Priority Mail International or US Express Mail International. Buyers who want cheaper shipping will have to contact us to discuss. In addition, we have a $2.00 (USD) handling charge for international shipments. This fee will apply even if it doesn't appear in the shipping calculator. INSURANCE
We require insurance on all items over $50.00 For other items, insurance is always an option, even if it doesn't appear in the options at checkout. Just let us know.
RETURNS
