Simonds Crescent Saw Tool as the picture reveals. It also says "Pat'd Aug. 29 1899" on the same side it says Simonds Crescent Saw Tool.
I believe this is a cross cut tool. I dont know anything about it, so I tried to take quite a few pictures from different angles. Please let me know if you have any questions.
