This is a nice black coated milky Skeletal(Elestial) Quartz crystal cluster. Super Color, check out close up pics!!! Has orange black coated oxides! This piece makes a really great display, and sits several ways! It has very little damage for this locality! It weighs 4 oz. It is 2.5" x 1.5" x 1.25". Color is due to iron maganese oxides that will not come off with water! Quartz Crystals are known for good luck special healing qualities! Comes from the Diamond Hill prospect in South Carolina, known for many different variations of quartz, especialy Skeletal(Elestial) quartz! Skeletal is caused from natural decomposion regeneration of the crystal, and therefore looks like what a crystals "skeleton" might look like if it had one!
