This is the the Brand New Blue Torch Flame Hand Free Table Lighter. The Blue Torch Flame Lighter is also known as the Wind Resistant Lighter. Unscrew the cover of the lighter and Press the Ignition, the Blue Torch Flame comes out. Slide the Black Tab towards the "Lock" to lock the flame.. Then, both of your hands can be free to do what you want, eg small-scale and intricate manufacturing. Just Slide the Black Tab towards the "Off" to off the flame. What a Convenience!
The lighter is refillable with butane gas. The flame is adjusted by simply turning the control at the bottom.
