Shipping
SH for USA bidders: $6.95 SH to The USA shipping via USPS Post Office. It will take about 2-5 business days to most domestic cities.
We only ship to Paypal confirmed shipping address if pay by PAYPAL. For unconfirmed and gift address, we only accept Money Order or Cashier Check. NO EXCEPTIONAL!
SH for International bidders: $9.95 SH to Canada shipping via USPS Post Office. It will take about 6-10 business days.

No Customer Pickup!
Shipping Damage: We only help buyer to file damage or lost claim with shipping carrier company if buyer purchased our optional shipping insurance.
Damaged item must be reported by email us the damaged item's pictures within 3 days upon delivered.
In extreme circumstances, where your item is lost or damaged by Post Office, please notify us through email by the next business day following receipt of the damaged item. A claim will be filed ONLY if buyer purchased optional shipping insurance which we offered in our inovices and auction page;and buyer kept all the original shipping package and original shipping label for shipping carrier company to pick up the package for damage inspection. We will ship the replacement out once have Post office approved and paid the claim. It normally take about 3-4 weeks.
It is not seller's responsibility for any shipping damage or lost if buyer didn't purchase shipping insurance for the package.

If you have inquires, please email us via ebay ask seller question, we will answer your question within 48 hours. No email and package will be processed during weekend or holidays.

We only answer questions you send via ASK SELLER A QUESTION from the auction page, OR via CONTACT SELLER from your winning auction page ON EBAY. Your fully understanding will be greatly appreicated!
Return / Refunds
We do not accept return or refund for any physical damaged item or item was damaged by buyer's misuse.
The refund for defective and damaged items, prior RMA authorization number must be obtained before returning. Returns without RMA authorization number will be sent back to you.
Returned item must in original packaging with print out of the RMA# on outside of the box, and must be received within 10 business days from the date of issued RMA number. OR Package will be rejected and returned back to sender.
Buyer's responsibility for return shipping and Insurance charge. Buyer's responsibility if returned item was damaged or lost during return transit.
Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Items in good condition that returned for a refund or replacement will be charged. There is a 25% restocking charge on all items returned in good condition.
Absolutely Do Not Accept any request for REFUNDS or REPLACEMENT after 7 days from the delivery date. All REFUND will be issued by Company Check or to buyer's Paypal account within 7-10 days upon received the returned item.
** Shipping/Handling/Insurance/Tax charges are non-refundable in any circumstances.
Warranty
Your satisfaction is our main concern.All items will be double checked before we ship out. We guarantee the item is brand new. Please be aware of exactly what you are buying and the condition of the product when you received it. We do not accept any refund or return after 7 days from the delivery date. Warranty is not transferable.
