I am offering this early British military Naval Button. It depicts a fouled anchor on a lined oval background with a crown above. There is some gold gilt remaining on this button as seen in the photos. Shank is intact and upright although more oval than round now. Backmark is tough to make out but it looks like "treble gilt". Some wear and a bit of green shown in the pics. Measures about 15mm. This is a dug button in dug condition. Please see pics.
