This is a collectible card tin or piggy bank. It has a removable plastic shelf on the inside to put cards in or you can take it out and use it as a piggy bank. It has a slot on top to drop your money down in. It also has a latch on the front that you can put a lock on. It can also be used for any number of safe keeping items like jewelry, small keepsakes, etc. It is not new, but it is in very good shape. It is a little over 2 inches tall and 6 inches long and 4 inches wide.
