I'm based in the UK and run most of my auctions in US Dollars, as most of my customers live in the US. Shipping prices are also listed in US Dollars and include a small charge for packing and handling materials. So if your postage charge is $6 and the shipping is (say) £3, please realise that one UK pound (£1) equals appx two US dollars ($2)
The shipping cost includes postage, packing materials and handling. This is broken down by $2 for packing materials and handling and the balance is postage.
