Shipping Handling

For Buyers in the U.S., SH= $5.99. For Canada other countries, SH=7.99. (SH is non-negotiable). Insurance $1.6 is optional.
Note: SH means shipping handling fee, it includes shipping postage and handling fees. Handling fees include fees such as packing materials, labor handling etc. We don't combine SH for different Ebay accounts, you need to pay separately for your each Ebay IDs.
Remember: If you purchase more than one item and want to save on SH, please make ONE Consolidated payment for all your items as one transaction after you finish all bids in 7 days (We will combine purchase for a period of 7 days only). If you pay separately for each item, you won't have combined SH discount.
Save Money On Multiple Orders! In order to save on shipping handling and combine your winnings you MUST follow checkout instructions. Win more than one of our item and get a 20% discount off of each additional shipping handling fee (Non-negotiable) after the first item. SHIPPING POLICY: All items are inspected and shipped within 5 Business days (usually ship out on the next 2 days after payment is cleared). All items are shipped by U.S. First Class Mail or Priority mail at our discretion. All S/H fees are fixed (non - negotiable).
How Soon I can receive items: For U.S. address, buyers usually receive items in 5-7 business days after shipping date; For int'l address, buyers usually receive items in 9-14 business days. From our experience, international packages could be delayed 3-4 weeks if it is under custom inspection.
Paypal Address Policy: We can only send to your confirmed paypal address.
14-Days Return Policy: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item for a refund within the first 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us before you return and we can sort problem out. In order to ensure prompt replies from us, please contact us directly at info@goldquills.com. All items must be returned in original condition with item # on the returning pkg. Any tags or packing materials must not be removed from the item or refund is Voided. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
