Description:
This is one of several sealed decorative commemorative decanters we have for auction. This one is a very rare Ezra Brooks Keystone Cops commemorative, depicting 8 cops all piled on one old convertible car. It's Whiskey is 12 months old, 90 Proof, 4/5 Qt. size, and the decanter is full, still sealed with the gov't liquor tax seal. The china decanter is marked Heritage 1971.
Condition: Very good condition, bottle still sealed. I believe it has been displayed at some point as it could stand to be cleaned a bit. Please note as well, it has been taped (long ago) around the space where the cap and bottle come together, over the gov't seal, probably in an effort to prevent any evaporation.

Shipping will be done by FedEx Home Delivery (NOT UPS as ebay tries to force in their shipping options), and will include insurance; the actual rate may be less than listed, depending on buyer's proximity to Northern California. No International shipping on these items.
