Seller will combine shipping and handling costs on multiple items if requested. Over and above the actual Canada Post rates Seller will add $1.95 per item for handling fees to cover listing fees, shipping supplies and Seller's time. Seller uses Canada Post for shipping of items and will advise Buyer of Canada Post services available for shipping. These services will range from ground service, air service or alternate services. The Buyer will make the decision as to which shipping method they wish to use and the cost. If Buyer wants postal insurance or a service which includes a tracking number this will increase the shipping and handling costs and these costs will be paid by the Buyer. Packages will be mailed out the first Saturday following receipt of payment from the Seller At the time the package is taken to the Post Office, should the actual postage rate be less than Seller had quoted to the Buyer (due to the package weight being lighter or the package size being smaller than initially anticipated by Seller) - the difference in postage rates will be refunded to the Buyer from the Seller.
