PAYMENT: Please complete checkout and submit payment within 5 business days after the auction ends.* I accept Paypal, money orders, and e-checks (order will not ship until checks clear my bank). U.S. Funds only. Payment receipt notices are sent on all transactions and should be retained for your records. *Due to the rising number of uncompleted sales, I will file Non-Payment Dispute Notices after 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made. All I ask is that you communicate with me - I will work with you through any problems, but I can't help if I don't know.
SHIPPING: Buyer agrees to pay calculated shipping fee; shipping insurance is NOT included unless otherwise specified. I personally pack all orders myself and take special care to ensure that your parcel will arrive intact. I use UPS/FedEx and USPS Priority ONLY unless otherwise specified; there have been too many problems associated with Parcel Post shipments and it's not worth the headache to save a few cents.
Combined Shipping: I gladly offer combined shipping rates, unless otherwise noted. If you are bidding on multiple auctions, please send a "Request Total From Seller" when you've finished shopping so I can determine the combined rate, then wait for my invoice. I will do my best to save on shipping fees whenever possible - I've been a buyer as well as a seller, so I know how important this is.
AVAILABILITY: All items listed for sale are available for immediate shipment at the close of the sale. I DO NOT list items I do not have in my possession.
REFUND POLICY: There are NO refunds - NO EXCEPTIONS. I am an honest, upstanding Ebay Seller and describe the items to the best of my ability. Please be clear about what you are purchasing and email me with any questions before placing a bid. If you feel that there has been an error in the listing, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and we'll work it out - I am only human and as such, am prone to make a mistake occasionally.
