This is a vintage Farber and Shlevin Chrome candy dish and it does have their name on bottom. It is in an art deco design. There is a red to orange bakelite knob on the holder. The item is in good condition. There is also some other writing on the bottom where the holder attaches to the dish but difficult to read.
Approximately measures 7 1/2"x5 1/4", stands about 4 1/4" tall and is about 1 1/4" deep.
Great for party use, business cards, keep on a buffet or for jewelry.
FYI -please -- this item will be bubble wrapped so the box may be larger to accommodate the wrap. The item is from a personal collection, this is not a store.
