UPS Ground is the preferred shipping methods for most items (insurance included). USPS is used for some books – insurance is not included unless you add it to the item at checkout. Item ships within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. If item is not paid within 5 days of auction end, we will relist and report the item unpaid. Shipping discounts apply to multiple purchases ONLY if we are contacted by buyer within 24 hours of auction end.
Currently we only ship to the 48 continental United States.
Returns:
Returns are accepted ONLY if the item is not as described. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. The buyer pays shipping fees to return the item. If possible, the item will be exchanged. In the event that there are no exchanges in stock, a refund will be given (not including shipping). No returns will be accepted without original packaging.
