Golden Angel ornament lights the way!
This little ornament is adorable. I got her at a garage sale but she is like new -- no stains, fading, or other defects as far as I can see. Her head is bisque china and beautifully detailed. The skin tone is actually more brown than the pic shows, and the hair pattern is tight curls like an Afro. I think she is supposed to be African American, although the features look more Caucasian. Doll makers have a habit of just changing the color to represent different races. Then again, she could be mixed race. At any rate, she's not your typical European blue-eyed blonde angel, and will add some nice diversity to your decorations.
Materials and workmanship: Her clothes are metallic gold cloth and lace, with gold rick-rack trim, and her wings are of the same material, stuffed for some thickness. She measures 5.5 inches (14 cm) tall. The gold is actually more bright and shiny than the pic. There is both a string for hanging, and a plastic cone under her dress to put her on top of a small tree. She's wired to plug in to a string of mini-lights so her candle lights up. Now, I must stress: I have not plugged her in to see if she works. The reason being, I am Jewish and don't have a string of lights handy because I don't do Christmas. So that part of her is "as-is." But there is no sign of wear or damage to the wire or plug, although it is possible that the bulb could be burned out. It's a standard clear mini-light, easy to replace if it is.

SOME things I sell -- such as seeds, small feathers, ACEO art prints, beads, etc. -- can be combined for little or no extra charge.
