Item description: You are bidding on a Japanese military sake cup, hand painted with a picture of what looks to be Mt. Fuji in the background (or at least some other tall peak). The poem on top is about a soldier shouldering a heavy duty on his light body, etc. The words in the leaf and square shapes form the phrase leaving the service commemoration. Condition: Mint -- no damage of any kind.Size (inches in diameter): 3.75, fairly large.Shipping: I am shipping from upstate New York, and I offer both first class and priority mail shipping for domestic shipments, and first class post for international. Priority mail is faster, and if you are buying a number of items, it usually makes more sense as the price difference is minimal. First class mail is slower but cheaper, and if you're only buying one or two things, it will be the better choice. I ship out items the day after I receive your payment, and if you're in the US, you should see the items within a week. International mail can take anywhere from a week to three weeks, depending on where you are and other factors. If you require registered mail, please let me know. Insurance is optional but unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility if things get broken on the way without insurance.Combined shipment: I will always combine shipments whenever possible and usually it is much cheaper per item to do so.
