RETURNS
Returns are accepted only if this item is found to be not as described in the auction. Buyer must contact us at 715-424-4300 to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Can you ship outside of the United States? We do NOT ship internationally. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items. What does "Powered on but not tested" mean? This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing. What does "Sold As Is" mean? Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
PAYMENT CHECK OUT
I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping? YES we will combined shipping. I have not received an invoice for the item. After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your "my eBay" within your own account.
