Item: pearly handled nail file and cuticle tools .
Condition: GOOD, USED, SURFACE OF FILE IS RUSTY.
ALL ACCESORIES INCLUDED: ONLY WHAT IS PICTURED
NO RESERVE!!
These items have a plastic material for the handles, file has a similarity to mother of pearl, as well as some flecks of rust that can be seen in the photos. they are not a matched set as the cuticle too has a more solid creamy color to the handle. they came from an estate in CT. other than that I have no information on age or manufacturer. sold as is. No manufacturer marks I can find.
