Very LARGE Wade Butcher Straight Razor in GREAT condition. Blade is slightly more than 1 inch wide (8+/8) and has no rust or pitting. The spine is a full quarter inch (1/4") thick. There is some discoloration which I believe can be seen in the photos. Scales are original bone and in good to great condition. The only flaw is a very small 1/16'' or smaller pit on one side near the non-pivot end. No cracks or warping. The pins are tight and the razor is fully functional; I have shaved with this razor many times. The edge is perfect and may be considered shave ready by some as is, but I will hone for an additional $20 to ensure a smooth shave upon arrival (after careful stropping). Specify after auction if you would like the razor honed.

Shipping fees reflect CONUS destinations only. I will ship any where in the world, however shipping times prices will vary. Please allow for extra shipment time to Canada. It has been my experience that shipments to and especially from Canada take an extremely long time.

Q: What is the cost of shipping to Canada? Also I couldn't see it clearly in the pictures provided, but is Wade Butcher written on the shank?
A: Depends on how and where you would like it shipped as well as if you add insurance or not. Looks like it would be between $12 and $20. I think with insurance it would still be under $25 for USPS priority international. For 2-6 day delivery UPS it would be more. The shank does have "Wade Butcher" on it as well as "SHEFFIELD" under that. It is very hard to see due to age and restoration. The WB cross cannot be seen at all anymore. If you like I can try to snap a better pic of the shank so you can see for yourself. I make no guarantees on the picture though, I'm no photographer. I can't remember for sure, but I think it had "Barber's Choice" on the blade at one time too. Could have been "Barber's Favorite" though... I didn't put that on the listing because I couldn't remember which it had and either way, the blade has been polished to a near mirror finish and all of that is gone now. I hope this answers you questions. Let me know if you need anything else.
