Up for auction is a Lite F/X Ball of lite. Light spins and shines lots of colors in the room. One of the clips on the base of the ball is broken off but lite does still spin and does work. I superglued one of the color disc on because it would not stay on but no longer has that problem. Globe and color disc are plastic. Item does work the light bulb in it does work. I have tested it but I did not let it run for hours on end. I plugged it in and flipped the switch. I do not make any guarantees for the item other than the item is in working condition as it is right now.
I do combine shipping and I am glad to do that. Just let me know and We will wait until the last item that you want is over and mail everything in one box. Make sure you check my other Items for other great deals. Thanks for looking.

Insurance on your package is highly recommended and is your choice, YOUR CHOICE YOUR CHANCE!! IF YOU TAKE THE CHANCE, YOU MUST DEAL WITH THE OUTCOME. I package parcels to arrive to you safely but I CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSTAL EMPLOYEES OR POSTAL MACHINES WHO OR THAT MAY COME INTO CONTACT WITH YOUR PACKAGE!
I take my auctions very seriously!! Do NOT bid if you do not agree with these terms or are not serious about purchasing the item, If a bidder bids on my item intend to buy. Buyers cancelling their bids, for no reason, will be blocked from further auctions. I have had some issues with new bidders bidding on items and cancelling the bids after a day or more and running off other potential buyers. I will not allow this practice. So remember if you bid intend to buy.
Items are normally shipped within 48 hours whenever possible. I am a working mother with 3 kids and try to get items out asap. Ebay is like my 3rd job. I do NOT ship on the weekends. I ship by the USPS, please note I am not responsible for the amount of time it takes a package to reach you once it is shipped. Also IMPORTANT the mail does take time. Your item you purchased on a Monday night will not arrive to you on Tuesday afternoon.
All payments must be received within 3 days / after 3rd day of nonpayment I will begin the ebay's Non Paying Bidder Process. Unless you have contacted me and made previous arrangements. At the end of the non paying bidder process I will relist the item, block the bidder who did not pay from any future auctions.
I will accept paypal ONLY... I can no longer accept Money Orders, I have had a jump of 6% of nonpaying bidders in one month. Which means I must shorten the amount of time a item will be held here at my home and can no longer wait for money orders that will not show up.
I will accept an echeck through paypal however this must clear before I will ship the item and note this can take up to 10 days. No exceptions!
I will NOT Accept checks.
I do not ship internationally.

I cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs in shipping. This is why you should spend the extra $1.70 for insurance. Once I take the package to the post office I can not be responsible for their handling. Nor will I be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You should purchase insurance on your item. I will try to pack the item as best I can to arrive to you safely.
If there is a problem with shipping or your item, Please contact me first... COMMUNICATION is VERY IMPORTANT. Most of the time I will work with you to make sure you are happy with your item. In communication it is very important to treat someone the way that you want to be treated. I am human and make mistakes just like everyone else. I try to get packages out asap. If you have already left feedback then I can not help you. If you do not give me a chance to help, then I can not help you.
I will leave feedback for you, sometimes this may take me a few days but I will leave feedback. I would like to know you are happy with the item. Buyers leaving neutral/negative feedback will be blocked from future auctions.
All sales final, If you have questions ask! Do not wait until your items arrive and then decide I should have asked questions. I am a person not a company. I do not accept returns. In cases where a refund is the only option left. Buyer must pay to have the item shipped back to seller, Only the buyers bid will be returned. NO exemptions.... I will state the items condition in the auction and will not answer tricky questions that may have a double meaning. Fool me once won't happen again.
When I state in the auction Preowned----- Preowned means Used. Do not expect the items to brand new. I try to state the condition of the item in the description of the auction. I am a working Mom I work outside and inside the home. I do make mistakes just like everyone else. I try my best to state the condition of the item as best as I can.
