Terms Of Sale
DESPATCH
All items are despatched within 2 working days by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Parcel Force as is appropriate, collection is not possible. If you are outside of the UK please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered. All our items are well pacakged to avoid damage during shipping.
EXCHANGED/FAULTY GOODS
If the item is faulty on arrival, please advise us within 3 days of receipt. When returning an item please ensure that it is well packaged and sent by recorded delivery. Please note we do not refund return postage costs. Products will only be exchanged if they are returned in their original packaging, are sealed and unused.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by Paypal and only deliver to Paypal confirmed (Verified) addresses so please ensure this is the case before you place a bid / buy an item. Payments must be received within 3 days of the Auction/Buy it Now end date. If payment is not made, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
