This toy made by Marx in the 1960s has pull back action. You pull it back and release it and it scoots across the floor. It is marked Disney Delivery on the rear fenders and W.D.P., PULL BACK and the MARX logo on the bed of the cart. It is 5 inches long. A great hard to find item for the Disney or Marx collector.
