This is an excavated specimen with absolute traces of wear,
NO chips, cracks or other damage whatsoever,
DUG MINT condition.
SPARKLES and displays FANTASTIC!
Clear, circa 1905-1910, standing 4 and 5/16ths inches,
early four-part mold ABM with a single, square-band style lip.
There's sunken-panels on both wide sides,
and is boldly embossed across three sides in four lines.
The base has some humped-up and uneven wave.
There's some vertical thickness wave,
clearly visible up the panel edges and corners.
The lip is slightly offset above a sharp transitional seam.
The offset lip was common when they would take an older mold,
that was used for hand-blowing, and add a couple slices of mold (basically)
on top to close it in and around the lip,
and make the mold suitable for automatic blowing.
I call these types transitionals.
Embossed boldly across three sides;

FOSTER MILBURN CO.
Most of you diggers will recognize this name
as the folks who marketed Burdock Blood Bitters.
I believe they used the word eclectic on this
to mean coming from many sources.
This is a sweet and dug mint specimen.
