This is an unused plastic #11 for Mary Shelley's Frankenstein pinball machines ( MSF ). It is scuffed some from storage. Please see our store policies on condition, warranties and payment below for more information. Thanks!
Definition of Condition
USED ITEMS – THESE ARE ITEMS THAT ARE IN VARIOUS STATES OF USE. SEE PHOTOGRAPH FOR DETAILS.
UNUSED ITEMS – THESE ARE ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED BUT MAY HAVE SLIGHT COSMETIC FLAWS. FOR EXAMPLE, MINOR SURFACE SCRATCHES ON PLASTICS DUE TO STORAGE.
NEW – ITEMS THAT MAY BE REPRODUCTIONS, ARE UNUSED, AND DO NOT EXHIBIT FLAWS.
NOS – ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND ARE ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER.
Warranties
Used items – no warranty expressed or implied. Sold AS-IS.
Unused, New, and NOS Items–we warrant that the item will adhere to the definition above regarding unused, new or NOS items and will not be DOA where applicable
If I choose to accept a warranty claim, it will be done at my discretion. In the event that a refund is issued, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damage by carrier is not my responsibility; you must make your claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc).
Payment
The following payment rules apply:
- Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction ending or store item being purchased. If you are paying via money order, please contact us within those 3 days. If we do not hear from the buyer in that time period, we will begin the process of filing a non-paying bidder report with ebay and the item will be relisted.
- I accept PayPal or Postal Money Order payments ONLY – NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS.
- NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED OUTSIDE OF PAYPAL.
- On a PayPal payment, we will only ship to a confirmed shipping address. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need the item shipped to an alternate address, you must pay by Postal Money Order.
- If you don't like the payment terms, don't bid or buy.
- Please note: If you ship to a Texas address, you will be subject to 7.25% sales tax.
Shipping
Shipping is via USPS priority mail or first class where possible for all parts and actual postage is charged – no handling charge. Please make sure you check postage amount PRIOR TO BIDDING. Also, shipping will be combined upon request. If multiple items are purchased, wait for an invoice showing the combined shipping amount prior to paying. A combined invoice will be sent within 24 hours.
Auction Items
I reserve the right to cancel bids by bidders with excessive negative feedback at my discretion. I reserve the right to consider the auction void and not award the item if a bid retraction or cancellation for any reason occurs in the last 12 hours of the auction, unless the cancellation was performed by eBay or me.
