I am not sure about the metal, probably brass though.
Miniture Hutch is 3 inches in height and 1 and a half inches at the bottom and 1 inch deep. Top doors swing open, drawer is missing. Made in Hong Kong 1977 for Durham Industries.
Miniture Crank Phone 3 inches in height, about 1 inch at the bottom and about 1 inch deep. Ear piece comes off the hook and the mouth piece moves up and down. Made in Hong Kong 1976 for Durham Industries.
