This is a most unique vanity tray. It is a hard plastic but looks so elegant. It is handpainted. The label on the back reads

I think it was a cosmetic company.
This is a vintage piece . Has little knobby legs. HAs a little raised butterfly. There are two places that look like where something hot was set on it but it is hardly noticable and almost looks like part of the pattern..
