Postage Multiple Items: To avoid double postage cost multiple winning could be send in one packet. For every extra item a flat fee of $1 will be charge upon the postage cost. Flat fee counts for Regular, Priority or Tracking fee.
Example: 3 winnings with each a type Small packet fee would fit into one type Packet. Packet fee will be charge and two times $1 (item 2 and item 3) will be added.
In numbers (US example) 3 small packets would be $8 (Regular) each, a total of $24. They can fit in one Packet (Regular) for $12, add two extra items for $2. Total would be $14. You save $10.
INSURANCE
Insurance: add $6,00 for first $150
