Combined Shipping: Available for auctions won within a seven (7) day period. Do NOT submit payment until the LAST auction has ended. Shipping charges for oversized or excessive weight items will be excluded from consolidation due to special packaging. These will consolidate for payment purposes only.

Return Policy
SmartHotBuys strives to describe items accurately and ensure customer satisfaction. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the item fails to materially conform to the item's description, or is defective. Buyer MUST notify us within three (3) days of item receipt. If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. If the return is due to Buyer's Remorse, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and only the purchase price, minus original shipping charges and restocking fee ($3.00 per item), will be refunded. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used. ALL SHOE SALES ARE FINAL.
If SmartHotBuys agrees to accept the return, it MUST be received in its' ORIGINAL CONDITION with ALL Accessories and Manuals within 14 days of approval, or the return will NOT be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed and your account credited.
