You are bidding on a vintage postcard that is uncirculated through the mail. This postcard was distributed by Southwest Post Card Co., Albuquerque, N.M. (copywright by J.R. Willis) and is entitled: No. 94 - Taos Canyon from Palo Flechado Pass. The postcard is numbered: 5A-H2558 From the back of the postcard: "From the top of the divide en-route from Eagle Nest to Taos the view to the west is sublime. The great range of Sangre de Cristo mountains toward Mora and Penasco with their vivid blue and purple coloring is enhanced by the autumn colors of the golden quaken Aspens. Over this historic trail the pioneer, the trapper and miner toiled to and fro with their ox-teams and primitive modes of travel, their outfits laden with gold and silver ore and merchandise." This postcard will be packaged in a rigid side-loader and shipped in a padded envelope. Please see my other listings at Fiesty Cat's Stash, including other postcards.
