The First thing I would like to say is that anyone who knows anything about this what it is catagories it should be put in please let me know. I have no idea what this is but would like to learn more.
3'4"X2'5 1/2" Approx. Huge I know. And for paper that is almost 50 years old it is in remarkably good shape. Get a big frame. It is Blue with white decoration and writing. Looks like some type of Native American Design.
In one corner it says redrawn from - Harbeson Hough Livingston Larson 679-2136 in another corner "23-A-4710" another corner says ""End Wall Decoration" 23-A above a Santa Fe Logo and 4710 below the Santa Fe Logo below that Engineer of Car Construction Topeka, Kansas 5-29-61" Bottom middle "Note Figure to be etched and colored in accordance with H H L L Color study of this draawing, color study available at the H H L L Office, another corner "Class Hi - Level Diner" "Series 650-655"

I received the following additional information about this. Now I am excited. I will list some more but I think I will frame a few and keep some for myself also.
There were decorated panels on the Hi-Level El Capitan cars and it appears these are the drawings/prints for them. They are definitely worth saving. I looked through interior views of the 650 class diners and this design IS etched and painted on one of the glass panels.

On this item I didn't get the weight changed to less than one pound before someone bid on it. there is about $0.70 difference that I will refund back to the buyer if I am not able to lower the shipping cost on the invoice at your check out. I am sorry for this inconvenience but eBay will not let me change anything on the postage after it has received a bid. If you are bidding on multiple items I will combine shipping but am still worried about overcharging so if it does happen please know that I will make it right in the end.
