I have grown quite weary of buyers who think I am somehow responsible for the actions of the US Postal Service. If you accuse me of having not mailed the item and threaten negative feedback for something completely out of my control, I will get ebay involved immediately!! Most of my ebay dealings have been pleasant ones, but there have been a few impatient, loose cannon-psychos who fly off the handle at the drop of a hat. I will no longer tolerate such conduct. REFUNDS: Seller would not misrepresent an item intentionally, but can sometimes overlook something (like a rip or a stain). If seller's description is inaccurate, buyer may return the item within 10 days of auction's end for a FULL refund (winning bid amount plus shipping). Buyer is responsible for the cost of "return" shipping.
