Beautiful Spherical Glass Light Cover
Dimensions:
opening is 3 1/4 inches that includes the 1/4 lip for screw mount piece that isn't included but is widely available
The sphere is around 4 1/4 inches deep and 5 1/2 inches wide with a flattened half inch deep circular bottom
Description:
This piece is a beautiful decorative and tasteful light fixture for either the porch or foyer ceiling and provides great lighting. It weighs about a pound and is durable, high quality glass like I haven't seen before. The bottom has a circle within circle pattern which adds interest and light diffusion for beauty with the light on or off.
This was found in perfect condition in my deceased parent's garage and I honestly do not know the date of origin but could be fortys, fiftys, sixtys or seventys at the latest. I don't claim to know antiques but just know what looks good to me. This piece would do well with any style decor.
