Up for auction is a GREAT vintage Victorian Era FLUE COVER .. UNUSUAL image of a SHEPHERD and his flock of SHEEP .. ROUND shape - VIVID colors - Gold border with Black accenting - hanging Chain intact - original Cardboard backing - Tin like metal frame .. see photos below .. a SUPER complement to any Country Primitive or European Peasant Art Kitchen - offered with NO RESERVE!
Overall in EXCELLENT condition - no tears or stains - BRIGHT colors - normal tarnishing to the metal frame .. a SWEET piece! .. measures 5 3/4 in diameter .. unmarked - probably Made in Germany - signed in pencil on the backside with what looks like 'To Aunt Linda Uncle Henry from ?' .. guaranteed OLD and ORIGINAL.
Payment is expected within 10 days of auction's end - if not item could be re-sold, and the bidder subject to negative feedback. MONEY ORDERS are PREFERRED .. CHECKS are O.K. We prefer to ship domestically by USPS Insured PRIORITY MAIL. Buyer to pay shipping and a $1.35 handling fee (fee may be higher on certain items, International items, bulky items or items that need special attention) - Insurance is preferred but optional (please understand we will not be responsible for loss or damage to un-insured items) .. International bidders are WELCOME but customs forms will NOT be falsified - please don't ask!If you do not accept these terms please do not bid.
We attempt to accurately describe all items to the best of our ability, and provide clear photographs. We note damage and post production imperfections that fall out of the realm of normal wear.
