VINTAGE TORTOISE SHELL CELLULOID LIGHTED COMB CASE
This case is very special. The case contains a comb (in excellent condition) and has a mirror built into the top of the case. There is a on off switch for the battery operated light which borders the mirror. I don’t know how to get the mirror out to replace the batteries and I don’t want to force it, so I’ll leave that to you.
The tortoise shell brown color plastic is lovely. The plastic top has a molded swirl in it to set the whole piece off.
This set is in great condition. There are no nicks, cracks or scratches on it. There are some rub marks on of the case where it would most likely have rubbed inside her purse, but they are not major and do not detract from the piece.
