This isn't for filleting fish! A 1964, 2nd edition Atlas of General Surgery by Joseph R. Wilder. This is a large book with very graphic illustrations and real photos of many surgical procedures. The book measures 9 3/4" x 12 3/4" and for its age is in good shape. Some of the pages have notes written on them, hopefully they passed the test!!!
