I enjoy Yardley of London Moisturizers, and I'd guess this held some very special honey moisturizer, because of the bees. The jar is almond glass, the top is almond plastic. The lid is shaped like a flower with eight petals, with four bees making up the flower center. The lid and jar are in excellent condition. The jar is 2-3/4 inches tall and 2-7/8 inches in diameter. ALWAYS HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING!! Just email and let me know you're waiting on another auction (or two). I try to describe pieces as accurately as possible, and though I know alot about stones, and a little about alot of other things, I am not an expert on most of the things I sell. Most importantly, I am not an expert on WHAT YOU WANT. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, ASK BEFORE BIDDING!! Need extra photos, more details? Just ask, most days I check my email several times. The starting price on my items is determined by what I paid for them and their condition. The starting price is no reflection on how collectible they may be, or what the market value may be. I only sell pieces I like, and if I get a deal, you get a deal on the starting price. EVERYBODY, PLEASE READ!!! I am a nice person, but have been taught a hard lesson in my dealing with a select few individuals. Please read the following with the thought that it is directed only at those who feel they can call the shots, even though this is my business. Shipping Options are as listed. I don't negotiate on shipping; when you bid it is not only a contract to purchase the item, but to abide by my SIMPLY STATED policies regarding shipping and insurance. Yes, I charge a handling fee; my time is worth something, and the price of bubble wrap and peanuts (just like gas) continues to rise. YES, insurance is required, otherwise it wouldn't say required. If you win more than one auction or are bidding on or watching, please wait for a combined invoice. If you need to wait past three days when payment is due, just let me know. There will be a discount on S/H if the items can be shipped together, which in most cases they can. Because the sizes vary so greatly, I can't give a specific discount up front. If I don't hear from you or see your name as a bidder I will send an invoice after a week. I don't generally send invoices as the listing is already set up with the postage calculated. After the auction you can just go to the listing and click Pay Now when you're ready. If delivery of the item is time-sensitive give me a break and let me in on the secret before it ships. I don't want to be blamed because a gift didn't make it on time. You can check delivery times yourself at usps.com by using the check postage choice, and compare shipping times. Always bear in mind that the usps has a sense of humor, so take them as a guess. For those of you unfamiliar with the vagaries of the USPS, especially in more rural areas...here's a story: We had an oil bill to pay, and since it was Sunday, and we were in the same town, we dropped it in the mail box at the post office in the town where it was to be delivered. That letter took TWO WEEKS to get three miles up the road, in the same town. Since 9/11 the post office has reduced the number of distribution/sorting facilities. If I mail something in my home town to the next town over, it has to go to Hartford, and then back, and I live 50 miles from Hartford, as far away as you can get in the northeastern part of the state, and still be in the state. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Because of the way the shipping calculator is set up for US postage, please contact me if you have any questions about the amount of postage quoted. ALSO, the USPS only offers tracking on Express International Mail which is very expensive. And to get insurance on International shipping you must select Priority, otherwise you assume the responsibilty should the piece be lost or broken. I only ship USPS because I don't have easy access to UPS or FEDEX. Check my other items! for just about anything decorative and interesting, antique, vintage, or newer.
