This is a Vintage Lipstick Holder and Ring Holder. There are four holes to hold lipstick tubes and a ring holder in the center. It is decorated with roses between each hole that are hand painted and also a rose bud on either side of the ring holder.
The piece is in excellent condition, no cracks or chips.
It is unmarked as to the maker but could be a Limoges piece hand painted in America. It is signed by the artist Meek.
It measures approximately 3 ½” tall and is 3 1/8” across the base.
