You are bidding on an original No Feet Pez Dispenser!! This is the Early Austria Witch with the Green Face and Orange Hair! The spring is very tight and the inner sleeve is a Cream Color rather than the usual White!! There are no visible scratch marks and she is in good condition. The marking clearily indicates US Patent 3.942 .ade In Austria. This one is a great find and would be an excellent addition to any Pez Collection!!!
