Look what I found for you at an estate sale in Beautiful Door County Wisconsin!!
Here we have a vintage Sawyer View Master in it's original box along with 8 sleeves of vintage view master reels !!
Let's begin with the view master.... Box is in pretty good shape for it's age, wear and tear to creases, the end that has been used to open the box shows some tearing at the "enveloping" edge.. Picture of boy on one of the sides is scuffed, but not through and through to make a hole. Normal wear and tear for an box of this age. Box says " View-Master Standard Stereo Viewer" this is the Sawyer brand... The view master itself is in excellent condition.
Now for the reels....
1. Los Angeles, California...From the Famous Cities Series.. 21 Sayers View Master Stereo Pictures on 3 reels.. All reels present and in excellent condition. Previous owner wrote her name on the back of the sleeve.
2. ABC Wild World of Sports Gold Cup Hydroplane Races..Championships Sand Diego. gaf viewmaster reel . All three reels are present and in excellent condition. Includes original 16 page booklet regarding the Gold Cup Races. No handwriting on this one.
3. Fiddler On The Roof- gaf viewmaster - One side of sleeve at folded edge is tearing down from use and age. Still holds the reels and the 16 page illustrated booklet nicely. All reels are complete and in excellent shape. Also includes a booklet to order more reels..
4. Florida's Silver Springs... gaf viewmaster... Sleeve is in excellent condition. No rips tears or handwriting. All 3 reels accounted for and in excellent condition, this set was either never used or very gently used.
5. Project Apollo-gaf view master... Sleeve in great condition, the flap which tucks in the back is gone, or never existed. (not sure , sorry!) No tears or handwriting. All reels accounted for and 16 page color illustrated booklet is present.
6. Our Lady of the Snows Belleville, IL .... Sayers Viewmaster.. Previous owner wrote her name on the front of the sleeve. All 3 reels are present and in excellent condition. Includes booklet explaining each picture. Some tearing of the envelope part of the back of sleeve at the top folded crease.
7 8 ... Disneyland ...Saywers Viewmaster... These 7 reels come in 2 sleeves, these are more like the internal sleeves, not the outer.. Original owner wrote her name on the sleeves. All reels are present and in excellent condition !
Bonus Reel .... Inside of one of the Disneyland sleeves I found the original reel that came with the viewmaster itself !!! It is in excellent condition and is marked "not for sale.... free with viewer" .. Wow !!

Now for the fine print.
US shipping for this item is $5.00. International bidders need to email me for a quote. I ship on alternating Weds and Thrs with an occasional Saturday if I can swing it.. I will give you a shipping date within your invoice at the end of the auction. Please understand that I am generally already at work when the post opens, and still working when it closes. I have one day off every week and I use that for shipping. If you need faster shipping, tell me, and I can try to make other arrangements. If you feel that this is too slow, PLEASE DO NOT BID !! I do not sell items on ebay to become rich, I do this because it is fun, and keeps me off the couch !! My full time job is indeed my fulltime job, and I will make to apologies for it. I accept paypal only as directed by ebay's standards. (grr) I would like to have payment within 5 days of the end of the auction, however, I live in a paycheck to paycheck world myself, and I completely understand about needing an extra day or two to pay... Winning bidder should email me if they need extra time and I will happily hold the item for you for up to two weeks... the key is to let me know ahead of time. :)
Insurance is not included but is optional. I cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process.
Refunds are cheerfully excepted on all items except those listed "as is" If you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't just be mad, email me.. I want the chance to fix any issues you may have. I refund full purchase plus shipping, but not the shipping charge to return the item to me.
Please only bid if you intend to pay. I give feedback the day I ship, not after you leave me feedback. I find now that only about 1/2 of my buyers leave feedback and that is a shame.. there is no way to tell if they received the item, and if they were happy with it.
