This is a "Before Taxes" and "After Taxes" old still bank. It is some form of pottery but very light-wieght, it is in excellent condition, except of course the plug is missing from the bottom of it( apparently one time "after taxes" we stayed broke) any way it is rather unusual and in great condition.
