The phone base is stamped November, 1970. It has the four prong plug -- you will need an adapter to use it. It needs some cleaning. There are some marks on the cover and the cord is quite soiled. It was made by Stromberg Carlson which is more unusual. I do not know if it is bakelite.
Buyer is to pay shipping/handling. Package will be shipped via priority mail in flat rate box.
