Vintage Wales Roulette Wheel Lighter / Japan Old Roulette Wheel Cigarette Lighter / Japan
This is a very old lighter with a working roulette wheel on the front. There is a lever on the side that when pushed down makes the wheel turn. I do not see the little ball that is supposed to sit in one of the numbers but it may be someplace inside the lighter since I don't know how it would have come out. There is a lot of chrome plate wear and it could use cleaning since it is in as found condition but I see no reason why it wouldn't work with a little fluid and flint. It is marked "Wales", Japan on the bottom.
