Up for auction is an egg scale that stands approximately 20 cm tall and is 12 cm across at the base.
The egg cup appears to be made of aluminium with stell additions supporting the pin that attaches the cup to the base.
The scale measures up to 3 ounces. I can not see a maker's name except for the letter 'M' within a star. I would guess that the scale is German.
Note that the scale still has its original black paint but light rust covers a lot of the scale.
The scale itself weighs around 100 grams. Postage within Australia will be $5.60.
Certainly a nice collectable item!
