Two plastic fish mounted on wires imbedded in a block of quartz gently sway as the breeze from passing moves them. Measure about 6" tall and the same across the base is roughly triangular and about 3-1/2" on a side.
The wires are stainless steel and this could probably be used as an aquarium decoration.
