WATERMAN's 88 BLEU NOIRE Glass Ink Bottle
with bakelite travel case
Here's a cool, vintage ink bottle from Waterman's. Made in France, this bottle comes with a neat fluted / scalloped JIF container with a threaded lid. Snap it up... these don't turn up all that often!
The glass bottle and cap are completely intact - no chips or cracks. The label is clean and the bottle is marked "Waterman, depose, Made in France" on the bottom. The bakelite case is 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter.
There is a bit of old ink residue in the bottle. At the buyer's choice, I will clean it out and refill with ink - Waterman Blue/Black or Sheaffer's Skrip (blue, black, blue/black available).
